Bleeping Computer reports Roku has disclosed a data breach impacting over 15,000 customers after hacked accounts were used to make fraudulent purchases of hardware and streaming subscriptions.
Interestingly, from the data breach notification on the Maine Attorney General website, the data breach was discovered for nearly 7 weeks as the breach information section indicated Date Breach Discovered: 1/4/2024 - 2/21/2024.
