Item 1C. CYBERS ECURITY 15 The Company has partnered with Alasconnect LLC to evaluate the cyber risk and IT control capabilities within the enterprise. The goal is to increase cyber-resilience and cyber-threat response preparedness. Cyber policies, procedures and practices are extended to all third-party vendors and appropriately communicated to both management and the Board by way of strategic cyber incident tabletop exercises and quarterly board IT governance report ing. Any material risks identified from cyber security threats will be communicated to the management team which will evaluate and manage the risk. Although to-date the Company has not experienced any material losses relating to cyber-attacks or other information security breaches, there can be no assurance that the Company will not incur such losses in the future. The Company’s risk and exposure to these matters cannot be fully mitigated because of, among other things, the evolving nature of these threats. As a result, cyber security and the continued development and enhancement of controls, processes and practices designed to protect systems, computers, software, data and networks from attack, damage or unauthorized access remain an area of attention.
