Item 1C. Cybersecurity We are currently a shell company with no business operations. Since May 2019, we have been in search of a suitable merger or acquisition candidate. Therefore, we do not consider that we face significant cybersecurity risk and have not adopted any cybersecurity risk management program or formal processes for assessing cybersecurity risk. Our Board of Directors is generally responsible for the oversight of risks from cybersecurity threats, if there is any. However, the Company consistently evaluates risks from cybersecurity threats, monitors its information systems for potential vulnerabilities, and tests these systems according to its cybersecurity policies, standards, processes, and practices. These measures are integrated into the Company’s overall risk management system to protect its information systems from cybersecurity threats. The Company also has the option to engage a third-party contractor if a cyber threat arises.
