Item 1C. Cybersecurity.

Item 1C. Cybersecurity. The Company has engaged a third-party service provider, Computer Repair Services of Nevada (“CRSN”) to assist it in protecting against Cybersecurity risks. CSRN has installed anti-virus and other risk protection software on Company IT systems and keeps these protections updated. The Company also has a written cybersecurity policy that all employees are required to follow that requires employees to maintain strong password control, protect Company devices, avoid suspicious links in emails, and utilize social media only with the consent of their manager, among other things. The Company has not suffered any cybersecurity incidents that would affect its financial condition or results of operations. If a cyber breach were to occur, the management team is required to report it to the executive team (Joseph Ramalho, Charlene Magee, and Jamie Dickson) who would then inform CRSN and Andrew Glashow. Mr. Glashow would then inform the Board if necessary.
