Item 1C. Cybersecurity. Risk Management and Strategy The Company maintains processes designed to identify, assess and manage material risks from cybersecurity threats to its critical computer networks and data, including its intellectual property and confidential information. The Company also uses the services of a third-party managed information technology company to provide cybersecurity software, monitor certain of our endpoints, infrastructure, and networks for irregular activities, to assist in identifying, assessing, and managing material risks and to provide incident response services. As of the date of this Form 10-K, cybersecurity threats, including as a result of any previous cybersecurity incidents, have not materially affected us, our business strategy, results of operations, or financial condition. Governance The Company’s board of directors is responsible for oversight of management, who is responsible for overseeing the Company’s risk management processes, including cybersecurity risks. The Company’s board of directors recognizes the critical importance of maintaining effective cybersecurity measures and management’s role in assessing and managing material risks from cybersecurity threats. The Company’s managements provides the board of directors with timely updates both on a periodic basis and as new cybersecurity risks arise.
