Item 1C. Cybersecurity We rely on information technology systems and networks managed and maintained by independent third-parties. Our internal team responsible for cyber security monitors daily and weekly back-ups of our information to protect against data loss and minimize disruption to our operations in the event of a cybersecurity incident. Our systems are accessible by our employees and third parties as necessary and appropriate to perform services or otherwise do business with us, and we have implemented two-factor identification for access to our systems. As part of our risk management, we provide regular training and reminders to our associates and third parties using our systems to avoid cybersecurity incidents. Our Board receives regular updates on cybersecurity systems as part of each management report. 13
