Item 1C. Cybersecurity.

ITEM 1C - CYBERSECURITY We have certain processes for assessing, identifying, and managing cybersecurity risks, which are built into our overall information technology function and are designed to help protect our information assets and operations from internal and external cyber threats, protect information from unauthorized access or attack, as well as secure our network and systems. Such processes include physical, procedural, and technical safeguards, tests on our systems, and routine review of our policies and procedures to identify risks and improve our practices. We engage certain external parties, including a third party company, Mission Cloud, to enhance our cybersecurity oversight. Our Board of Directors provides direct oversight over cybersecurity risk and provides periodic updates to management regarding such oversight. The Board of Directors receives periodic updates from management regarding cybersecurity matters and is notified between such updates regarding significant new cybersecurity threats or incidents. Mission Cloud assists us in the operational oversight of company-wide cybersecurity strategy, policy, standards, and processes related to our Amazon Web Services infrastructure, and we leverage that information to assess and help prepare us and our employees to address cybersecurity risks. We are working to continue to improve our overall cybersecurity approach and plan to take any necessary steps to protect our information assets and operations from internal and external cyber threats in the event any such steps are recommended by Mission Cloud or other 3 rd parties that we may engage to assist. We do not believe that there are currently any known risks from cybersecurity threats that are reasonably likely to materially affect us or our business strategy, results of operations, or financial condition.
