Item 1C. Cybersecurity.

ITEM 1C. CYBERSECURITY . Risk Management and Strategy . The consideration of cybersecurity threats are integrated into our overall risk management program. We engage external consultants who are experts in the field of cybersecurity and meet at regular intervals to evaluate current conditions and address any cybersecurity threats accordingly. We also provide continuous training to our employees regarding the risks related to cybersecurity. We are not aware of any risks from cybersecurity threats that have materially affected our business strategy, results of operations, or financial condition. Governance . Our board of directors are responsible for the oversight of risks from cybersecurity threats. At least annually management reports to our board of directors about such risks. Our chief financial officer, Thomas Chesterman, has direct management responsibility in assessing and managing such risks. Mr. Chesterman has prior academic and professional experience in cybersecurity.
